The Programme

Saturday 26th November
2-5pm All teams must pick up their number plates
5:30pm Compulsory Race briefing for all riders
6:00pm Race start for all solo and teams. It will be a mass start behind a neutral vehicle.

Sunday 27th November
5:45am Course closes
6:00am Race ends - Breakfast starts cooked by the PMB Junior Fund Raising Crew
6:45am Presentations start

Location

Where
The event will be held at Marrinup Circuit, Dwellingup a 1hr 15minute drive from Perth city centre

Directions

Parking
All competitors and spectators will be asked to pay a gold coin donation to the Murray District Carriage Club for parking. Please make sure you have your money ready. Parking will be in the Old Golf Course. Please follow the instructions of all parking marshals.

We are working on a camping and parking plan which will be advertised prior to the event.

Camping
Normally there is no camping or access to the Marrinup Old Golf Course. However PMBC have been granted access for this event so you can camp on the Saturday night of the race.

The Track

The planned course is approximately 10 km long. The start will consist of fire road to thin the field before hitting the singletrack.

Consisting of perfect mixture of fire road, double track and single track the perfect course for a 12hour allowing plenty of passing opportunities with varying terrain to suit all riding capabilities.

It is highly recommended that you ride a lap before the race starts.

The course will be fully marked and ready to ride by Midday Saturday 26th November.

Services

TOILETS
Ah, the smell of porta-loos in the morning... These much disliked, but often appreciated little cocoons help ensure a clean and healthy environment for the event.

WATER
There will be drinking water supplied by PMBC however please bring your own water too.

FIRST AID
The event organisers will have a dedicated first aid team on site to assist with emergency medical problems.

LOST AND FOUND
Any found items can be handed in to the staff at the timing tent and they will attempt to return them to their rightful owners.

RUBBISH
A skip for rubbish will be provided. Please don't take this as an opportunity to dump everything from your recent spring clean! Event rubbish only.

Power
There will be charging stations for you lights. Please ensure you write your name on the charger.

Light
At the event village there will be light towers so you can prepare yourself for the next lap.

Food & Coffee
Don't worry, we wouldn't leave you high and dry without a coffee fix for an all-nighter. There will be food and coffee available for purchase throughout the night.

Pit Lane

Transition Area
Riders in teams transition in Pit Lane. Check out the lap times of other riders while you wait and soak up the music and excitement while you wait for your team mate to blast in from the course.

HQ and Timing
HQ tent is where riders register, collect their bags of goodies and check their items throughout the race.

Refreshments
What is a mountain bike race without an espresso van??? Or a big BBQ to fill that hole in your tummy?

Repair and Retail
Need to replace a broken part? Got a rattle or squeak? Bike in need of a tune? COme and talk to Mark and the crew from Bikeforce Ellenbrook who are the Bisk Shop sponsors for the 2016 event!

Prizes

Loads of prizes will be up for grabs in all categories on the day.

Solo champions will receive the Dusk Till Dawn trophy. This trophy is awarded annually. Register for the main event to have your name etched in Dusk Till Dawn history forever.

All team categories will receive a range of prizes from our great sponsors. Place getters in all categories must have completed at least 9 hours of racing. Category prizes will be awarded if minimum team numbers in that category are met.

3 teams in category start - 1st place only awarded.
4 teams in category start - 1st and 2nd place only awarded.
5+ teams in category start - 1st, 2nd and 3rd places awarded.

There will also be random spot prizes given out thru the night.
